Hi, I’m Sarina Harper, founder and owner of Butter, Sugar, Flower. I specialise in hand-piped buttercream cakes and cupcakes, baked fresh from scratch. My exquisite and delicious collections range from floral to elegant to extravagant and can be adapted to a variety of occasions.
With a background in business, design and cake-making, I am thrilled to have combined my passions and skills to establish a successful business in the UK.

Butter, Sugar, Flower was created during lockdown and enjoyed quick success, bringing delicious joy during trying times. Four years and countless cakes, cupcakes and cupcake bouquets later, I’m thrilled to continue creating memorable cakes for clients old and new!​​
In addition to my passion for cake design, I truly enjoy working with people to plan their special events and pride myself in delivering perfection from the first point of contact to eating the final masterpiece. Whether a birthday, wedding, anniversary or corporate event, you can relax knowing you’ve found a cake designer who is reliable, responsive and truly cares about her clients and making their occasions incredible.
