How much do your cakes and cupcakes cost?
All of my gorgeous and delicious cakes and cupcakes are handmade to order. It is not the cost of the butter, sugar or flower that determines the price of a cake - my expertise, artistry and impeccable service are where the value lies. From my signature designs to my exquisite flavours, your cake will be one of the biggest highlights of your event. With decades of business, design and baking experience, I aim to make planning your special occasion as sweet of an experience as possible - from start to “until next time”. To give you an idea, starting prices are indicated on each product page in more detail related to order size.

What is your minimum order?
The minimum order requirement for all orders is £150 (excluding add-ons and delivery). I do occasionally offer exclusive Cheltenham collection days where there is no minimum order; these events are announced on my website a month prior.

How do I place a wedding or corporate order?

For all wedding and corporate orders, submit an Order Enquiry Form on the corresponding pages. All orders are confirmed depending on date availability and delivery location. Once you submit an order form you will receive a reply and confirmation within 24 hours. Note that full payment is required for all cakes to confirm an order.

How do I place an order for occasion cakes, cupcakes and cupcake bouquets?
Place these orders in the online shop. All cake and cupcake orders are confirmed depending on date availability and delivery location. Orders placed in the online shop are invoiced once accepted, so upon checkout your order will be submitted pending approval and payment. You will then receive a reply and confirmation within 24 hours. Please note full payment is required to confirm an order.

How far in advance should I place my order?
I can only accept a certain amount of bookings per year to provide the highest standard of quality and service to my lovely clients. Typically wedding cakes are booked 4-5 months out, and occasion cakes and cupcakes around a month out, however, please do get in touch and I will aim to fit orders in up to two weeks out if possible.

How can I pay for my order?
Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Once you submit an order request and we have agreed on your order details, I will send you an invoice and payment link. Note I require full payment to confirm all orders. 

What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please notify me 10 days prior to your event for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, I cannot offer any refunds if your event is within 10 days.

Do you offer bespoke cakes and cupcakes?
Yes - I love working with clients to create their dream cakes! Over the years I’ve been privileged to design gorgeous cakes and cupcakes for my client’s weddings, anniversaries, special birthdays, corporate events, holiday gifting, announcement events, holidays, thank yous and more. I’ll bring your vision to life and plan something specifically delicious for your event.
 

How long do your cakes and cupcakes stay fresh?
My products are baked fresh and free from any preservatives. Buttercream cakes will taste great for around seven days and are perfectly fine stored airtight in your fridge. Take your cake out two hours prior to enjoying for the best taste and texture. For cupcakes, you can remove them from the refrigerator one hour prior. Alternatively, you can freeze my products for around 4 months.

Do you offer any gluten-free, egg-free, nut-free, or dairy-free products?
Not at this time.

Do you deliver and can I collect?
Your cake is in safe hands with me and I will safely deliver your order to your venue or home. I happily coordinate with your venue and planner prior to ensure seamless delivery and setup for your special day or event. Delivery fees are based on location and charged based on mileage between my location in Gloucestershire and your chosen venue, as well as any congestion fees and parking. Collection is not available except for exclusive Cheltenham collection days which are announced one month prior on my website.

Where do you deliver to?
Delivery is available in England and Wales. Delivery locations include Greater London, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire, Somerset, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Monmouthshire, Glamorgan, and Brecknockshire.

Do you offer any fondant decorated or covered cakes?
No, I exclusively work with buttercream.

Can I have fresh flowers on my cake?
Unfortunately not, due to safety reasons.

Do you offer naked or semi-naked cakes?
No.

Do you provide cake stands?
No, however typically venues have them on hand or I can source one to match your lovely cake for an additional cost.
