Occasion Cake and Cupcake Flavours
All my cakes and cupcakes are lovingly made from as many fresh local ingredients as possible and always include free-range eggs.
The luscious flavours below are all my own perfected recipes, enjoyed by countless people over the years.
All cakes include three generous layers of sponge with two layers of your filling choice and buttercream and stand 6.5” tall.

Vanilla Buttermilk
A classic! Gorgeously fluffy vanilla sponge baked with buttermilk for a moist and flavourful cake - pairs perfectly with any of my buttercream flavours.
Vanilla Chocolate Chip
Soft layers of buttermilk vanilla sponge with chocolate chips baked into the sponge creates the perfect balance of chocolate and vanilla. The chips add a delicious chewy texture. This delight is frequently enjoyed with my rich milk chocolate buttercream frosting.
Decadent Chocolate
This moist dark chocolate sponge is generously layered with rich chocolate buttercream - a must for chocoholics! Other popular pairings are classic vanilla or raspberry buttercream.
Lemon Raspberry
This fluffy vanilla sponge is filled with perfectly tart lemon curd and balanced out perfectly with layers of delectable raspberry buttercream.
